- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg, beaten

- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add the warm water, melted butter, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a ball and place in a greased 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan.
- Cover the rolls with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake the Oat Rolls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
