- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- For the topping:
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon whole milk

- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Arrange the sliced cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over the rolls, making sure to cover each piece completely. Let it sit for 10 minutes, so the rolls can absorb the liquid.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.
- For the topping: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle the mixture over the warm bread pudding.
- Serve the bread pudding warm, topped with additional cinnamon and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
