- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

- 1 cup frozen corn
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz refrigerated pie crust
- 1 egg beaten

- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, corn, and tomato sauce. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
- Roll out each pie crust on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4-inch circles.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and press the edges together to seal.
