- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the fat and return the beef to the skillet.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the corn, milk, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Pour half of the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture on top of the corn mixture and spread it evenly.
- Pour the remaining corn mixture on top of the beef mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
