- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined (a few lumps are okay).
- Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Add a small pat of butter to the skillet and swirl to coat.
- Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the skillet.
- Cook the pancake until small bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- To serve, stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with dulce de leche.
