- Repeat the process of adding a ladle of chicken stock and stirring until it is fully absorbed, until the rice is tender and the risotto is creamy, about 20-25 minutes.
- Stir in the lobster meat and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir in the butter until it is fully melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
