Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400Β°F (204Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and thyme.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf, and place it in a meatloaf pan that fits inside your air fryer.
- Spread the ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).
- Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
