- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Next, dip each slice of yellow squash into the parmesan mixture, coating both sides. Place the coated slices onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat until all the slices have been coated.
