1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

You can easily find all of these ingredients in your local grocery store. If youβre sensitive to spicy food, feel free to omit the cayenne pepper or adjust the amount to your liking.
Step 2: Mix the ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
Step 3: Rub it on the chicken
Rinse and pat dry 4-6 chicken breasts. Rub the mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 4: Grill the chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the grill, skin-side down. Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.
