- Preheat your oven to 425Β°F. Place a cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up.
- When the skillet is hot, remove it from the oven and carefully pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Swirl the oil to coat the bottom and sides of the skillet.
- Stretch the dough to fit the skillet and press it into the oil. Make shallow indentations all over the surface of the dough with your fingers.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the focaccia.
- Drizzle additional olive oil over the focaccia and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
