π Top tip
Healthy eating tip: Did you know that marinating your chicken before grilling can help keep it juicy and tender? The acidic ingredients in this marinade, like lemon juice and olive oil, help to break down the fibers in the chicken and prevent it from drying out. Plus, the addition of herbs and spices adds flavor and nutrition to this simple dish.
Time-saving tip: To save time, double the marinade recipe and freeze half for later use. That way, you always have a delicious marinade ready to go for a quick and healthy weeknight dinner.
