- 2 oranges, zested

- In a shallow dish, combine the cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then coat them with the cornstarch mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400Β°F. Brush the chicken pieces with oil and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through cooking.
- While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce by whisking together orange juice, chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and orange zest in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the air fryer and place in a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to evenly coat.
- Serve the orange chicken with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds on top.
