- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons water
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
