- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced

- Place the flour in a shallow dish and dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess.
