- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for serving

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Add the cooked and chopped lobster tails to the macaroni and cheese mixture.
- Spread the breadcrumbs on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
