- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups chopped spinach

- 1 egg

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
To assemble the lasagna, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Layer 3 cooked lasagna noodles on top. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the sauteed spinach mixture. Repeat the layering process, ending with a layer of marinara sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
