- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, sliced into thin strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 flour tortillas

- Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the sliced steak, sliced bell peppers, and sliced onions.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to ensure that the ingredients are evenly coated.
- Arrange the mixture in a single layer on a large sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the fajitas are cooking, warm your flour tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet.
- When the fajitas are done, remove the sheet pan from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
