- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, mustard, ketchup

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 350Β°F (177Β°C).
- Place the hamburger patties on the grill and smoke for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (71Β°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the hamburgers with the desired toppings and serve immediately.

Grill master tip: For extra flavor, try brushing the hamburger patties with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last minute or two of cooking.
Healthy eating tip: Ground beef is a great source of protein and iron, but it can also be high in saturated fat. Opt for a leaner blend of ground beef (90/10 or 93/7) to reduce the amount of saturated fat in your meal.
