Herbed Turkey Breast with Roasted Vegetables: This dish is perfect for a smaller gathering or for those who prefer white meat. The herbs add a delicious aroma and flavor to the turkey, while the roasted vegetables are a healthy and tasty side.
Ingredients:
1 turkey breast, bone-in
1 tbsp of dried thyme
1 tbsp of dried rosemary
1 tbsp of dried sage
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 lb of mixed vegetables (carrots, potatoes, brussels sprouts, etc.)

Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a plate.
Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the chilled truffles in additional cocoa powder, if desired.
