Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the shrimp stir-fry hot over rice or noodles.
Shrimp Salad with Avocado and Lime
Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, boiled and cooled
2 ripe avocados, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mixed greens, for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine boiled and cooled shrimp, diced avocados, and diced red onion.
Drizzle lime juice over the shrimp mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the shrimp salad over mixed greens and enjoy!
