Cornbread Stuffing

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar. Let stand for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, remaining sugar, salt, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down dough and shape into rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 28-31 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
